What does a placement through Swiss Butlers cost me?
The mediation for candidates is free of charge.
What documents do I have to submit as an applicant?
We require an up-to-date curriculum vitae with a current photo, all training certificates, all work references, an extract from the criminal and debt enforcement registers as well as other documents which underline your experience.
Do I need to come in for an interview?
All candidates must come to our office for a face-to-face interview with the exception that if candidates live very far away, there is the option for an online interview.
Do I need references?
Candidates increase their chance for the job if we receive references which we may contact.
Is experience in private households mandatory?
Yes - Experience in private households is mandatory for most of our clients due to the fact that the candidates must have appropriate work experience to meet the demands of the customers.
Am I employed by Swiss Butlers or by the clientele?
The candidates are always employed directly by the customer; Swiss Butlers is purely a placement agency.
Does Swiss Butlers also arrange part-time positions?
Swiss Butlers only places 80%-100% positions.
Does Swiss Butlers also arrange temporary positions?
Swiss Butlers also arranges temporary positions in exceptional cases.
