Following is a selection of our successful recruitment mandates over the last few months.
Successful placement of this position for a large estate of a family of entrepreneurs in the canton of St. Gallen. Within a very short time we were able to fill this responsible position thanks to publishing the vacancy on our website and distributing it in our network. The candidate convinced with his experience as a landscape designer and house technician as well as the planned training to become a janitor with federal certificate. Our client and his family spent their summer holiday in the south of France. We reinforced the team on site with three people for the positions Butler, Chef and Personal Assistant. The Employees worked as freelancer on a variety of tasks in this temporary assignment and offerd the family impeccable service. Extensive experience in private households and the hotel industry / gastronomy as well as an absolutely professional work attitude were decisive for the composition of this team. We have to admit, the search for the right candidate was not easy. Therefore, we are all the more pleased to have found the perfect employee for our clientele, a family office with international clients. The new housekeeping-lady has many years of experience in private households and together with their two colleagues a comprehensive and complete service for the clientele in Zurich and Central Switzerland. To support the in-house butlers, a renowned 5* hotel in Zurich was looking for temporary reinforcement for the around-the-clock care of the extremely discerning guests. Within just a few hours, we successfully served our customer's request and provided two experienced and flexible butlers who successfully mastered the communication and coordination between guests and hotel staff as well as classic hands-on butler tasks. A entrepreneurs couple was looking for a new chauffeur with additional responsibilities as a butler. Thanks to our network, we were able to quickly provide an chauffeur to pitch in on an hourly rate. In the meantime, we coordinated job interviews with the best candidates from our portfolio and thus found a seamless and long-term solution for the client and one of our most experienced butlers and chauffeurs. A longtime business partner asked us for help after months of unsuccessful search for a team leader for an exclusive restaurant in Zurich. In addition to a proven leadership experience, the desired candidate should have immaculate host qualities. With the help of our broad network, we were able to find this desirable employee for our client and to generate a successful contract. After moving to Switzerland, our client was looking for a versatile employee for her household, who, in addition to the tidyness in the house, also cooks lunch for the children and takes on coordination tasks.
